Support and guidance for

promoting wellness & preventing illness

in every season of life

The current healthcare system is currently failing in terms of prevention. People are only treated once taken ill, but scarce can be found any practical information for preventing illness in the first place. Prescriptions are quickly written to treat a symptom without pause to consider the root cause of the symptom. Off-handed advise to “eat right and exercise” leaves some people feeling ashamed, and most overwhelmed, and without any useful information on how to do that exactly.

There are things you can do today to improve the outcome of your future. Free things! Easy things! It just takes an open mind, a little discipline, and patience. And, sometimes it takes a little support! That’s where I come in.

This is your invitation to get curious about a holistic path to health and well-being, and start your own journey today! I urge you to invest in your health now, and avoid being a frequent customer in the our sick care system down the road.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.—Benjamin Franklin

Offerings

  • Judgement-free Guidance

Regardless of your lifestyle and relationship with nutrition, I applaud you for seeking help in your journey! If you’ve ever had some kind of disordered relationship with food or your body, it often comes with a certain amount of shame. Simply opening up about your struggles and alleviating that weight can do surprising things for your health.

  • Support & Encouragement

As your coach, I will be there to support you in your successes, as well as your short-comings. And, to help you recognize all the other ways in which you’ve flourished on your endeavor, which may not be so obvious to you.

  • Accountability

For a lot of people, myself included, accountability is worth a lot when it comes to breaking bad habits, or forming new ones. Regular check-ins will inspire discipline (not to be confused with willpower) to stick to your guns and achieve your goals.

“I think that age as a number is not nearly as important as health. You can be in poor health and be pretty miserable at 40 or 50. If you’re in good health, you can enjoy things into your 80s.”

— Bob Barker
