What is a Health Coach?

A health coach is someone who partners with their clients to identify, prioritize, and achieve goals to optimize total well-being. A coach furnishes the tools and support for clients to create self-directed, lasting changes that are aligned with their values.

Health and wellness extend well beyond the food on our plates. A holistic coach uses an integrative approach to address all the areas in life that either bolster or impede the way we look, feel, and behave.

As your health coach, I promise to meet you wherever you are on your own health journey. I’ll help you to achieve your wellness goals by providing up-to-date information and education, helpful resources, ongoing guidance, unwavering support, accountability and compassion along the way.

When it comes to health, there is no “one size fits all” approach. My role is to listen, understand, and work with you to address and remediate your health concerns by offering personalized recommendations and modifications that fit your lifestyle.

Perhaps you are striving for self-improvement, or simply self-acceptance. Whatever your motivation, my mission is to help you attain your health goals with a high level of care that’s free from judgement.
